With the basic package you’ll get a platform for communication, with all standard settings in place, and 3 hours of customized help to form the platform to your chain’s exact need.
Included in the basic package:
* Onboarding means that we help you get your chain started. We also provide education and general start up support. Since 2001, Chainformation has delivered and implemented more installations for chains than any other supplier in Scandinavia. All of this experience is given to you in our different onboarding packages.
In the basic package, we set up a customized platform for your chain, with your logo, background image and signature color. You use the built in tools and settings to configure the platform according to your need. No technical knowledge is needed.
You’ll have full access to our library of help videos, and for further assistance, 3 hours of online meeting is included. The meetings are planned by you, and we’ll go through your setup via screen sharing to find the optimal structure for your specific operation.
Includes for example user management and an intelligent access right system, a social network, the possibility to create and share handbook pages and other types of pages, an integrated file and media library, continuous logging of activity and smart activity reports.
